What we collect
When you join our early access list, we collect your name, work email address, company name and the role you choose.
When you email us, we keep your email and our reply.
Why we use it
- To contact you about early access to Terms Sorted and to arrange demos you ask for.
- To understand which kinds of businesses are interested, so we build the right product.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who have asked to hear from us. We won't send you general marketing beyond Terms Sorted early access, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use these service providers to run the website and handle sign-ups:
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and stores form submissions. Netlify may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this site. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.

How long we keep it
We keep early access details until the list is no longer needed, and for no more than 24 months after we last contacted you, unless you become a customer.
Your rights

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
